I wash my hair once per week, and use heat on it once per month (or less). I use natural products for styling… shea butter and coconut oil serum. There are so many natural highlights in my hair, like a ginger rainbow, but 100% virgin, never dyed.
I have a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise, no smoking, no drinking, good sleep and lots of vegetables! I am also a generally happy person with lots of laughing, strong community and family… lots of good vibes around this hair. 
This hair is definitely a show-stopper!
